GridPassport is still early, but not theoretical. It already works in real conditions, with real devices, real tariffs and real energy bills.
We are opening a small Founding Members program for homes where Home Power Automation can create value now and teach us what should come next.
The survey is short. Tell us what devices you have, where you are and what you want your home to do better.
We are not collecting emails for a generic launch. We are looking for the first homes where GridPassport can be installed, observed and improved with people who care about how their home uses energy.
If you already look at energy charts, think about tariffs, care about self-consumption or feel that your home should be using energy smarter than it does today, you may be the right kind of early.
Good fit
Especially if your inverter exposes useful data or control interfaces.
Battery timing, reserve and tariff decisions are the clearest early use case.
AC, heat pumps or hot water can turn solar and cheap hours into comfort.
Dynamic or time-based pricing creates value when the home can respond well.
You do not need to be an engineer. You should be curious, practical and open to a few conversations.
Today, GridPassport is most mature around inverters and batteries. We are working on air conditioning control now, because cooling is one of the most obvious examples of flexible energy use in a solar home.
Heat pumps, domestic hot water, EV chargers, more inverter brands and more batteries are the direction. We will not pretend every device is supported today. Some homes are a fit now. Some will be a fit later.

Price and value
We are bootstrapping GridPassport, so Founding Members pay. The current target is 35 EUR for the device, plus taxes and shipping where applicable, and around 3.5 EUR per month on a yearly plan for the service.
We keep the price low on purpose. GridPassport should become a normal layer for modern energy homes, not a luxury system. In the right home, its cost should be a fraction of the value it creates.
We will not promise the same savings to every household. Devices, tariffs, weather, habits and flexibility matter. But homes with solar, batteries, flexible loads or time-based pricing often have hidden value in better timing.
GridPassport does not replace the safety systems of your inverter, battery, heat pump, air conditioner or charger. It does not bypass manufacturer protections.
The idea is to use supported control interfaces, safe settings and manufacturer-provided capabilities, then add better context and decision-making above them.

We review every application by system fit, not by queue position. If your home looks promising for the current stage, we will call you and plan the next step.
