How to read it
The gap between the cheapest and most expensive window, in euro per kWh. Read the euro figure, not the multiple: network charges and taxes are a fixed part of a bill, so they shrink how many times cheaper the cheap hours look without shrinking what you actually save.
How much the curve moves. Volatility is only useful when the home can act without daily babysitting.
Future windows are estimates. Low confidence should be treated as a hint, not a firm plan.
Where a household model exists this shows a consumer estimate — the modelled end-user price, never a bill or a quote. Otherwise it shows the wholesale market price, which is only one component of a household bill. The two are never drawn on one axis. For the country price level, see household prices by country.
